Dried Red Raspberry Leaves makes one the most pleasant-tasting herbal remedies, with a taste similar to black tea, but caffeine free. The raspberry leaf is often used to assist with PMS relief, easing period pains, and can control heavy menstrual bleeding.

Size: 75g.

This product is certified: Vegan and Food Grade.

  • Add 1 or 1.5 heaped teaspoons of dried raspberry leaf for each cup of tea required into a teapot
  • Pour boiling the water over the tea
  • Cover and leave to infuse for 8-10 minutes
  • Strain and serve
