You can return any goods purchased from Essentially Natural within 14 days (two weeks) of receipt.
Please note that unless the reason for return relates to a product fault, we can only accept returned items that are still in their original, unopened packaging.
Once the item has been returned to our offices by you, we will issue you a credit note.
If a product is not what you ordered per the description on our site or if it has been damaged or broken while in transit please let us know straight away so that we can provide immediate support in resolving the issue. We will make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to credit you in full for the damaged or broken product, whichever you prefer. Please simply contact us with a photograph of the damaged item so that we can assist.
All orders are dispatched via the Post Office or courier service. Unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, load shedding, hijacking, strikes or supplier issues could prolong the delivery time. It's rare, but it can happen. Late delivery is not grounds for cancellation or refund.
The provision of goods and services on our site is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, we will contact you with options.
The value of items which are returned by Pargo, from a PostNet branch, or the post office due to non-collection will be credited. Unfortunately, any applied shipping charges are not credited.
An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet.
Once payment has been made an order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to deduct 10% of the total order value as handling fee per our terms and conditions.
Refunds are processed on request and by the original method of payment. Please note that refunds to credit, debit or cheque cards can take up to 7 working days to be cleared by the issuing bank.
