Do you courier?
We offer door-to-door courier services to geolocatable street addresses across South Africa. Courier services are provided exclusively by The Courier Guy, Internet Express and Citi Sprint

Orders over R500 qualify for Free Delivery within South Africa.
Courier delivery costs:
- Cape Town main areas: Free for orders over R500.00, otherwise R60.00
- Main centres: Free for orders over R500.00, otherwise R80.00
- Regional & outlying areas: Free for orders over R500.00, otherwise R110.00

- Cape Town (local main areas): 1-2 business days
- Main centres: 2-3 business days

What pick-up options do your offer?
We deliver to convenient pick-up points across South Africa.
Options include:
1. You can choose to collect your parcel from Pargo Pickup Points located at retail stores across South Africa, including Clicks, Legit and Engen Garages, among others. There are over 3000 locations to choose from, nationwide!
2. Have your parcel delivered to a secure Bob Box Counter. You can collect your parcel at your convenience.
3. Customers are also welcome to pick-up orders from our warehouse. Simply select 'Warehouse Pick-Up' on checkout.
How does delivery to a Pargo Pick-up Point work?
Pargo is a logistics company that allows for you to collect your parcel from pickup points located at convenient retail stores across South Africa, including Clicks, Legit and Engen Garages, among others.
Convenient locations will be presented to you upon checkout. Simply select your preference. You will be provided tracking details, notification of arrival at the pick-up point, and a secure, unique collection OTP.
Shipping is free for orders over R500.00, otherwise R80.00
Transit time to Pargo Pickup Points is 2-5 business days (nationwide).
How does delivery to Bob Box Collection Counters work?
Bob Box is a nationwide smart locker and counter solution which ensures secure and convenient collections. If you are located to a convenient Bob Box counter, this delivery option will also be presented upon checkout. Simply select your preference.
Shipping is free for orders over R500.00, otherwise R80.00
Transit time to Bob Box Counters is approximately 2-4 business days (nationwide).

Can I collect from your warehouse?
You are welcome to collect orders directly from our warehouse. Simply select the "Pick-up" option presented during online checkout.

Please note:
Orders for warehouse-collection still need to be placed and paid for using our online storefront (secure checkout). Once your order payment is received we will begin packing your order. You'll receive an automated email/SMS the moment your order is ready for pick-up.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1* business day.
*In-Stock items. Any order including a product purchased with a "Stock Delay" (which will be clearly listed on the relevant variant on each product pages) will be subject to the stated delay. We offer a wide collection of specialised ingredients, across a wide range of pack-sizes (from small packsto bulk), some of which might only be available on special order. Alternatively we might allow pre-orders on products which are in production, or which are in transit to our warehouse.
You will receive an automatic email notification as soon as your order is processed.
How can I track my parcel delivery?
You'll receive automated shipping updates by email as well as SMS, if you have opted-in.

Do your couriers deliver on weekends?
There are no standard deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Our courier partners will deliver to your physical address, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Can I send my own courier to collect?
Yes. After placing your order please email us at: support@essentiallynatural.co.za to let us know that you are personally arranging for courier collection of your parcel. In your email please make sure to include your order number, the courier company name and a copy of the waybill provided by your courier.
Please note:
For security/logistical reasons we are unable to hand-off your parcel to independent couriers without first having a copy of the waybill.

Do you export?
Unfortunately, many of the natural products that we stock, including seeds and botanicals, essential oils and a number of cosmetic ingredients, are restricted for export / import by customs regulations, and restricted from flying by airline regulations.
However, in certain cases we may be able to assist. Please contact us and we'll gladly advise regarding feasibility and costs. You are also welcome independently arrange an order collected by UPS, Fedex, Aramex or any other international courier. Our dispatch team will assist with parcel weights and dimensions for your freight booking.
We deliver to all freight forwarding agents in South Africa and delivery is free when you spend R500 or more.
Please note that you may have to pay duties when your order arrives in your country. Your freight forwarder / courier will be able to advise further. Please contact us for our SARS export license number.
Carbon-neutral delivery
We ship thousands of parcels every month and we are very aware that this comes at a cost to the environment. Therefore we have decided to invest in carbon credits from reputable projects in order to offset the carbon emissions produced from parcel deliveries.
We decided to not only go carbon neutral, but to go carbon negative. We don't want to just neutralise our delivery emissions but actually put back into the environment: be pro planet. Interested in how we achieve this? See more here.
Delivery delays or damages
Stock delays:
Any order including a product purchased with a "Stock Delay" (found listed on relevant product pages) will be subject to said delay prior to shipping. Please take said delay into account when placing your order.
Unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, load shedding, hijacking or strike action could also prolong the delivery time. It's rare, but it can happen. If you are in any way concerned about the current location of your parcel and ETA of delivery, please contact us with your order details so that we can follow up for you. We're here to help.
Damaged parcels or items:
If you don't receive your parcel in good condition, or if any item is broken or damaged, please let us know within 3 days of your delivery so that we can offer prompt assistance.
If an item is damaged then we will gladly assist with getting a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
We ask that you take photographs of the damaged item and/or parcel as soon as it's received and forward these to our customer service team as soon as possible.
