Shipping and pick-up options:

Enjoy free, carbon-negative door-to-door, or door-to-store, delivery nationwide (South Africa) when you spend R500 or more. 

If your order is under R500 then an shipping fee is applied, as indicated below.

Our delivery partners:

- Door-to-door courier service: The Courier Guy (national) and Citi Sprint (local: Cape Town areas)
- Pargo Click & Collect to your nearest local Pargo Pickup Point

Alternatively, you can select the free "Pick-up" option to collect from our Cape Town warehouse.

Delivery costs via courier:

- Cape Town main areas: Free for orders over R500.00, otherwise R70.00
- Main centres: Free for orders over R500.00, otherwise R80.00
- Regional & outlying areas: Free for orders over R500.00, otherwise R110.00

    Estimated shipping times via courier:

    - Cape Town (local main areas): 1-2 business days
    - Main centres: 2-4 business days
    - Regional & outlying areas: 3-5 business days

      Please note: our courier partners can only deliver to street addresses and they do not deliver to embassies, malls and chain stores, plots, farms, mines and to some outlying towns and townships. If our couriers can't deliver to your address we'll contact you to make alternative arrangements. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. One of our courier partners will deliver to your physical address, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

      Free for orders over R500.00, otherwise R80.00

      Transit time to Pargo Pickup Points is approximately 3-5 business days

      Warehouse pick-up (collections):

      Customers are welcome to collect orders directly from our warehouse at:

      Unit 14 DuVille Industrial Park
      8 Arum Lily Street
      Fisantekraal Industrial
      Cape Town 7550

      Collection hours:

      Mondays to Thursdays: 9am-4pm
      Fridays: 9am-3:30pm.
      Closed: weekends and public holidays

      Simply select the "Pick-up" option presented during online checkout. 

      Please note: Orders for collection still need to be placed and paid for using our online storefront (secure checkout). Once your order payment is received we will begin packing your order for collection. You'll receive an automated email/SMS the moment your order is ready for collection. 

      Own courier collection:

      After placing your order please be sure to email us at: support@essentiallynatural.co.za to let us know that you are personally arranging for courier collection of your parcel. In your email please make sure to include your order number, the courier company name and a copy of the waybill provided by your courier.

      Please note: for security/logistical reasons we are unable to hand-off your parcel to independent couriers without first having a copy of the waybill.

      Carbon negative delivery:

      We ship thousands of parcels every month and we are very aware that this comes at a cost to the environment. Therefore we have decided to invest in carbon credits from reputable projects in order to offset the carbon emissions produced from parcel deliveries.

      We decided to not only go carbon neutral, but to go carbon negative. We don't want to just neutralise our delivery emissions but actually put back into the environment: be pro planet.

      While our deliveries are now carbon negative, we are working on our business as a whole to be carbon neutral and eventually, carbon negative too.

      Delivery delays:

      Any order including a product purchased with a "Stock Delay" (found listed on relevant product pages) will be subject to said delay prior to shipping. Please take said delay into account when placing your order.

      Unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, load shedding, hijacking or strike action could also prolong the delivery time. It's rare, but it can happen. Late delivery is not grounds for refund or cancellation of already shipped orders but if you are in any way concerned about the current location of your parcel and ETA of delivery, please contact us with your order details so that we can follow up for you. We're here to help.
