Dried Hyssop Herb is said to be beneficial for respiratory problems such as coughs and bronchitis. It assists in the removal of catarrh, (loosens and expels accumulated phlegm) and may alleviate fevers. As a diaphoretic it can be used for treating common head colds.

Sizes: 250g, 500g, 1kg.

  • Externally you can use as a poultice for wounds, bruises and rheumatism pain.
  • It can also be added to your bath for exhaustion.
  • Pour 1 cup of boiling water onto 1-2 teaspoons of herb. Leave to infuse for 10-15 min in a covered container. Strain and drink 3 times a day.
