We are open throughout the holiday season except for weekends and public holidays: Dec.16th (Reconciliation Day), Dec. 25th (Christmas Day), Jan. 1st '21 (New Year's Day). Delivery partners are working but with reduced staff complements.
Delivery delays: every effort will be made to ship your order as quickly as possible but please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as over-extended courier capacity, strikes or adverse weather conditions, or even lock down restrictions) may delay your order deliveries. Please bear that in mind when considering the timing of your orders.
Address book: please check your address book to make sure that all your addresses and contact numbers are up to date, to ensure no delays. To do this, click on Your Account and go to your Address Book. The most frequent problems with delivery addresses are missing street names, street codes entered incorrectly (incorrect digits) or missing house, apartment or complex numbers.
Warehouse collections: instant payment orders placed by 09h00 can be collected same day. Please allow the warehouse team at least an hour to prepare your order for collection and allow for an extra 2 days for payment processing if paying by EFT. Collections close at 12h00 on 21- 24 December.
