MAKE IT IN TIME

Order early for Christmas

We’d hate for a much-needed ingredient to miss Christmas. These are our suggested ordering dates if you hope to receive your parcel before the festivities. Ordering earlier gives your parcel the best chance of arriving in time.

These are provisional recommendations, not guaranteed delivery deadlines. Actual arrival times depend on product availability, your destination and courier collections, capacity and schedules. The dates may change if our courier partners advise differently. You can still order after these dates, but Christmas delivery becomes less likely.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

What to expect over the holidays

Deliveries in transit

Our couriers may run reduced schedules over Christmas and New Year. Even parcels already on their way can take longer than usual. Local and outlying delivery times may differ, especially if courier networks are busy.

Ordering during our break

Our online shop never closes. You’re welcome to browse and order throughout the break. Our warehouse will not prepare orders or hand new parcels to couriers while closed. We’ll begin processing these orders from 4 January 2027, in order sequence and subject to stock availability.

Warehouse collections

Our warehouse will be closed for visiting and order collections from 23 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. Once we reopen, please wait for your ready-for-collection email before visiting.

Festive ordering FAQs

Can I still place an order while you’re closed?

Absolutely. The online store stays open throughout the festive break. Orders placed during this period will be prepared for dispatch from Monday, 4 January 2027, in the order received and subject to stock availability.

Do the suggested order dates guarantee delivery before Christmas?

No. They are recommended dates to improve your parcel’s chance of arriving in time, not guaranteed courier deadlines. Stock availability, delivery destination, weather, courier capacity and collection schedules can all affect delivery times.

What if my parcel has already been dispatched?

Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery depends on their festive schedule. You can use our order tracking page to follow its progress. Please allow for possible delays around public holidays and the Christmas period.

Can I collect my order from the warehouse over the break?

No. Warehouse collections are unavailable from 23 December 2026 until 3 January 2027. The warehouse reopens on 4 January 2027. Please wait for a ready-for-collection notification before visiting.

Can I contact customer support while the team is away?

You can send us a message through our Contact Us page at any time. Our team is away during the closure, so responses may only resume when we reopen on 4 January 2027.
