As we head into the final days of the year, we’re still very much open and packing - just with earlier cut-offs and lighter operations to give our hardworking team and courier partners some well-earned breathing room.

Please note our early courier handovers and collection cut-offs this week:

Our online store remains open throughout December for all your natural goodies, and orders placed outside these cut-offs will roll over to the next working day.

Delivery Times Depend On

Keep these in mind as you shop this season:

  • When you place your order - the earlier, the better!
  • Where your parcel is headed - regional and outlying areas take longer!
  • When your payment clears - EFTs only dispatch once funds reflect.
  • External factors - volumes, weather, strikes, and road congestion can all affect timelines.

Our trusted courier partners will be delivering throughout December, but note that many operate with reduced staff from 24 December to 2 January.

 

🎁 Want Gifts Delivered by Christmas?

Place your orders by the following dates (latest!) to avoid disappointment:

  • Wednesday, 17 December - Regional & outlying areas
  • Friday, 19 December - Main centres
  • Monday, 22 December - Local (Cape Town & surrounds)

Orders placed after these cut-offs will still be processed, but delivery may only take place between Christmas and New Year, or in early January depending on courier schedules.

 

🎄 No Weekend or Public Holiday Operations

Our warehouse rests on weekends and South African public holidays.Paid orders for in-stock items will always be prioritised for dispatch on the next working day.

Public Holiday Closures 2025:

  • Tuesday, 16 December (Day of Reconciliation)
  • Thursday, 25 December (Christmas Day)
  • Friday, 26 December (Day of Goodwill)
  • Thursday, 1 January (New Year's Day)

Between 24 December and 2 January, our elves may work shorter days so that everyone can spend some well-earned time with family - thank you for your patience and kindness during this period.
