Sweet, malty, and softly floral, this beloved fynbos botanical was nurtured first by Indigenous South African communities and later welcomed by settlers as a caffeine-free wellness tea. Traditionally, honeybush was brewed to ease the chest and throat, support digestion, and promote daily balance. Its naturally honey-like taste made it a popular component in blends with rooibos, chamomile, cinnamon, and berry notes.

It contains xanthones, flavonoids, and minerals that help protect against oxidative stress and support the respiratory system. Directions for use
Infuse 1-2 tsp of botanical in a cup of boiled water. Let steep for 5-10 mins before drinking. It can be drunk hot or cold.
