How to use
- As a Tea: Add 1 to 2 tsp (about 2.5g) per cup of freshly boiled water, infuse 10 to 15 minutes, strain and sip warm, up to 3 cups per day.
- As a Steam Inhalation: Add 1 heaped tbsp to 500ml boiling water and inhale gently at a safe distance.
- As a Foot Bath: Infuse 2 handfuls in warm water, strain, then soak feet for about 20 minutes.
- As a Tincture: Take 2ml to 4ml up to three times daily.
- Processing Tip: For a clearer cup, strain through fine mesh and then through muslin.
