How to use
- Herbal tea (infusion): 1-2 tsp (±2.5 g) leaf in 1 cup freshly boiled water; infuse 10-15 min; strain and sip warm; up to 3 cups per day
- Tincture: 2-4 ml, up to three times daily
- Inhalation: 1 heaped Tbsp in 500 ml boiling water; lean over bowl under a towel and inhale steam as needed
- Foot bath: 2 handfuls infusing in warm water; soak feet for ±20 min

Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from light. Reseal after use.
