How to use epsom salts

As a Bath Soak: Add a generous handful to warm bath water and soak for at least 15 minutes, then rinse and moisturise if needed.
As a Foot Soak: Dissolve in a basin of warm water, soak feet for 10 to 20 minutes, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
As a DIY Bath Salt Blend: Mix with other salts and a small amount of carrier oil, then add essential oils sparingly and mix very well.
Processing Tip: Pre-mix essential oils into a small amount of carrier oil first to help with more even dispersion.
