Leisurely bathing in Epsom salt (at least 15 minutes) is one of the most effective means of making the magnesium your body needs readily available.
Just add two cups of Epsom Salt and 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil to warm bath water to ease muscle pain and fade bruises.

Love the salts. Made some beautiful bath salts with it.
Love the epsom salts; soak away a world of aches and woes with just a nice scoop in your bath. Also good body scrub with small amount in a mitt.
Used my Epsom Salts in my bath last night. They made the water silky smooth, they not fragranced and they are very reasonably priced. I love that by buying in bulk I'm able to reduce the amount of packaging. They also helped me sleep like a baby. I am going to recommend them to all of my Physio clients.
My clients are happy with these so am I, I make & sell bath salts... Gentle on the skin
