Directions for use
Add 1-2 tsp of the botanical to a cup of boiled water. Allow to steep for 10-15 mins. Strain and drink. The recommended dosage is up to (but not exceeding) 3 cups a day.
It can also be used in liquid extracts, tinctures, decoctions, and other herbal preparations.
