Herbal tea made from dried Thyme is said to be helpful for coughs, asthma, colds, flu, whooping cough and sore throats. It has strong antiseptic properties and can help eliminate scalp itching and flaking if hair is rinsed with it.

Place 2 teaspoons of dried thyme per cup of water (250ml) in your teapot.
Pour boiling water into your teapot and let the thyme steep for about 10-15 minutes.
