Tea made from Dried Mullein Flowers is said to be good for sore throats, coughs and other upper respiratory problems. Mullein has a long history of use as a lung tonic.

Mullein flower tea
- Just use 1 cup of boiled water and 1–2 teaspoons of dried mullein flowers and steep for 10–15 minutes.
