Tea made from Dried Mullein Flowers is said to be good for sore throats, coughs and other upper respiratory problems. Mullein has a long history of use as a lung tonic.

  • Just use 1 cup of boiled water and 1–2 teaspoons of dried mullein flowers and steep for 10–15 minutes.
  • Mullein may, in rare instances, trigger allergic reactions (contact dermatitis); particularly in individuals with sensitive skin or who are allergic to plants in the Asteraceae family (such as ragweed, daisies, or marigolds).
