INCI: Lycopodium clavatum
Dried Lycopodium/Clubmoss is said to be useful for urinary complaints such as inflammation or formation of gravel in the kidneys. It can also assist in the treatment of bloating, constipation, nausea, heartburn and over-eating and is used as a foot bath for treating cramps in the feet or legs.

As a tea
Infusion: 250 ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of herb. Infuse for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Drink twice a day before meals.
A club moss “ pillow “ can be made by stuffing a “ pillow “ with club moss and applied it to areas which may be affected by cramps.
