How to use
- Tea: add 1 teaspoon per 250 ml freshly boiled water, infuse 10-15 minutes, strain and drink twice daily before meals
- Foot bath: steep a strong infusion, add to a basin of warm water and soak feet for 10-15 minutes
- Herb pillow: fill a small fabric pouch with dried clubmoss and place over areas of cramp or tension as desired
- Use freshly prepared infusions; discard leftovers the same day
