INCI: Cetraria islandica
Dried Iceland Moss Cut is said to be useful in the treatment of gastritis, vomiting and dyspepsia. It's also used in herbal medicine to treat food poisoning and loss of appetite. Iceland Moss can also be used in treating respiratory catarrh and bronchitis as it generally soothes the mucus membranes.

How to use
- As a decoction: Put 1 teaspoonful of moss in 1 cup of cold water. Boil for 3 min and let it stand for 10 min. Drink a cup morning and evening
- As a tincture: Take 1-2 ml three times a day
