Dried Hops have a marked relaxing effect, useful for insomnia and anxiety. Can be used in teas, tinctures, dream or sleep pillows, and many DIY cosmetic formulations.

Uses & benefits
- Stimulates the appetite
- Useful for cardiovascular disorders, hyperactivity, insomnia, nervousness pain, restlessness, shock, stress, toothaches and ulcers
As a tea
1 tsp/(0.5g) in 1 cup of boiled water. Infuse in covered container for 10-15 min. One cup per night to assist with sleep.
Warnings
Should not be used by individuals taking antidepressants or who are experiencing depression.
