INTERNAL:

• Very popular for upper respiratory catarrh, for acute and chronic
• May be used as an anti-inflammatory urinary antiseptic, cystitis and urethritis and kidney infections
• Also for kidney and bladder stones
• Can be used for flatulent dyspepsia and for stomach spasms
• May have strong diuretic and astringent properties
• Excellent for emotional shock, stress and disappointment

 

EXTERNAL:

• Can be used to help heal wounds, insect bites, ulcers
• Can also be used as a poultice over aching joints
• Use as a gargle for laryngitis and pharyngitis, candida and oral yeast
• Use as a douche for vaginal thrush, at least for 3 nights

 

For animals/horses: For digestive problems, jaundice, kidney ailments, fevers, and internal bleeding externally for infected wounds.

• As a tea: Pour a cup of boiling water onto 2-3 teaspoons of herb. Leave for 10-15 min. Drink three times a day.
• As a tincture: Fill a jar about 1/4 way with the dried herb. Pour a high-proof alcohol such as vodka or brandy until the jar is filled. Cap, label and store our of direct sunlight for at least 4 to 6 weeks. Strain. Should be good for at least 1 year Take 2-4ml three times a day.
