These raw, hardened frankincense resins, also known as "tears", are harvested from the Boswellia serrata tree and traditionally used for purification, herbal preparations, and spiritual practices. When burned over charcoal or warmed in an oil burner, they release a grounding aroma that clears space and calms the mind. The resin can also be chewed like gum or steeped in hot water to make a fragrant, soothing herbal tea.

How to use
To burn: Place a small piece of resin on a lit charcoal disc or in an oil burner. Allow it to smolder and release its aromatic smoke. Use in a well-ventilated area and follow traditional usage practices.
To chew: Use a small piece and soften in the mouth as you would gum (do not swallow).
To brew: Add 2-3 small pieces to a cup of hot water and steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain before drinking.
