How to use
- As a Tea: Add 1 tsp to 250ml freshly boiled water, infuse 5-10 minutes, strain and enjoy up to 3 cups daily.

- As a Closed-Eyelid Compress: Prepare a strong infusion, strain through a clean filter, cool to lukewarm, apply with clean cotton to closed eyelids for 10-15 minutes.
