  • Infusion (internal): Add 1 teaspoon to 1 cup (250ml) freshly boiled water; infuse 5-10 minutes; strain; enjoy up to 3 cups per day.
  • Compress (external, closed eyelids only): Simmer 1 teaspoon in 1 cup water for 10 minutes; strain through a clean filter; cool to lukewarm; dampen clean cotton and place on closed eyelids for 10-15 minutes; repeat as needed. Do not put preparations directly into the eyes.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. Reseal tightly or decant into an airtight container after opening.
