Dried Cowslip is a wildflower that belongs to the primrose family. It contains up to 10% saponins, glycosides, essential oil, and flavonoids. It acts as a sedative and an expectorant, making it useful as a relaxing, sedative remedy.

How to use cowslip
Herbal Tea (infusion): Place 2-4g of herb into a freshly boiled cup of water. Allow to steep for 10-15mins before straining. Drink 1 cup 3 times a day.
