Discover the tiny fruit that may be low in calories but is absolutely super-sized in nutrients.
Brightly coloured and pleasantly tart, rose hips are native to Europe, Western Asia, and North Africa, and now grown globally. Traditionally gathered as a winter vitamin, they were used to support resilience through cold seasons, nourish the body after illness, and promote general vitality - and are still loved today in teas, syrups, jams, and smoothies for their cranberry-like flavour.
♡ Why we love it: Rose hip is one of the most nutrient-dense botanicals on our shelves, which is why it features so heavily in immunity blends and why the oil pressed from its seeds is so legendary in skincare. It’s among the richest natural sources of vitamin C, packed with polyphenols and flavonoids, and brimming with carotenoids that support natural radiance. It also contains vitamin E, essential fatty acids like linoleic acid, and a unique compound, galactolipid GOPO, currently studied for its role in healthy inflammatory balance and joint comfort.
Together, these support immune resilience, recovery, joint comfort, and gentle gut nourishment. Its fibre and prebiotic pectin help support satiety, the gut microbiome, and metabolic balance.
Beyond internal use, rose hip is beloved in skincare for supporting collagen formation, antioxidant defence, and glow, helping improve the appearance of fine lines, uneven texture, scars, and irritation. In haircare, rose hip (especially the seed oil) softens and smooths the hair, adds shine, reduces frizz, and supports a healthy scalp environment.

First of all I'M happy with your customer services. However some of the rosehips had mold now I'm scared to use the whole packet.
Smells of sweet berries and makes a great nutritious addition to loose leaf teas
I’ve been using it with other herbs/dried plants for tea. It tastes nice!
I’ve bought the rosehip, spearmint, dandelion root, stinging nettle and red raspberry leaves. I absolutely love it. Since drinking these teas, my skin acne has significantly decreased. I feel less bloated.
Delivery was swift, I received my package within two days. So very impressed with the service.
Skin appears more calm and hydrated. I re-infuse them so the product goes a long way.
