How to use

Herbal tea (powder): ½-1 tsp per 250 ml freshly boiled water; infuse 5-10 minutes in a covered vessel, then strain very well

Tincture: 1:5 (herb:menstruum) in 40-50% alcohol; macerate 2-4 weeks, shake occasionally, then strain

Culinary: Start with ¼-½ tsp per serving in sauces, rubs and dressings; adjust to taste

Oil/vinegar infusion: 1 part powder to 10 parts oil or vinegar by weight; infuse 1-2 weeks, strain through fine filter
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and strong odours; reseal tightly after each use.
