Dried Lime Blossom Cut can be used for nervous tension, restlessness and anxiety. It may help with some forms of migraine also associated with tension.

Uses & benefits
- Acts as a prophylactic against the development of arteriosclerosis and hypertension
- May be used to treat high blood pressure associated with arteriosclerosis (hardening of the arteries) and nervous tension
- Can be used to assist with circulatory disorders
- May help for some forms of migraine also associated with tension
- As a relaxant it helps with feverish colds and flu
- Makes a good replacement for normal tea as a bedtime drink
Lime blossom tea
- Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoonful of blossoms. Stand for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 3 times a day. For fever use 2-3 teaspoonfuls.
