Hemisqualane is a light emollient produced from plant sugars. Although oil-like, it is fast absorbing and is a great emollient and conditioner in skin and hair care formulations. It moisturises well, but without the heaviness and greasiness that plant oils can bring.
Hemisqualane is similar to squalane but has a lower molecular weight, which makes it light and non-greasy.
Sizes: 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 500ml, 1L.

Hemisqualane uses
- An ideal facial oil, or emollient for facial care products
- Excellent makeup remover, and gentle cleanser
- Great in hair care as it is an alternative to silicones
Usage: up to 55%, in the oil phase
