Epsom Salts are pure magnesium sulphate crystals used mainly in bath and body routines where a clean, mineral-rich soak is wanted. They dissolve easily in warm water and are a popular base for bath salts, foot soaks, and simple DIY soak blends.   • As a DIY Bath Salt Blend: Mix with other salts and a small amount of carrier oil, then add essential oils sparingly and mix very well.
