How to use
- As a Tea: Add 1-2 tsp to 250ml freshly boiled water, cover and infuse 10-15 minutes, then strain.
- As a Steam: Add 1-2 tbsp to a bowl of hot water, lean over at a safe distance and inhale gently for a few minutes.
- As a Bath Soak: Brew a strong infusion, strain well, then add to warm bath water.
- As an Oil Infusion: Combine 1 part dried flowers with 5-10 parts carrier oil, infuse 2-4 weeks, then strain very well.

This is a lovely addition to my herbal tea cabinet - its deliciously floral and I even added some to some bath salts recently.
I use the Elderflower to make a tincture to use in many products,and drink as a tea,thanks for a great product!
