How to use

Tea (infusion): Whisk ½-1 tsp powder into 250 ml water just off the boil. Cover and steep 10-15 minutes; strain through a very fine filter

Tincture (general prep): Dry herb 1:5 (w/v) in 40-50% food-grade alcohol; macerate 2-4 weeks; strain and bottle

Bitters/liqueur: Steep small amounts with citrus peel and spices; strain and use by the drop or dash in recipes
