How to use

Tea/infusion: Add 1 tsp powder to 250 ml water; gently simmer 10-15 minutes, then strain well

Gargle/mouthwash: Brew a strong infusion (2 tsp in 250 ml hot water, 10-15 minutes), cool, strain thoroughly, then swish or gargle and spit

Compress/wash: Prepare a strong infusion, cool, strain well, then apply with a clean cloth
