Spearmint is part of the mint botanical family (genus: Mentha). Dried Spearmint Leaf is a pleasantly aromatic herb, rich in many antioxidant vitamins, including vitamin A. It is said help relieve fatigue and stress. It can be taken as a tea or added to other herbal mixtures for flavour. Powdered for ease of use.
