Dried Sceletium Powder, also known as kanna, is a well known natural anti-depressant for persons suffering from depression and anxiety. It is also excellent as a pick-me-up, boosting energy levels, uplifting the mood and decreasing stress and anxiety.

How to use

Warnings
- Very few people experience side effects. However occasional side effects have been reported such as mild headache, slight nausea, loose stools, insomnia or a feeling of sedation or euphoria.
- People taking psychiatric drugs, anti-depressants, anti-psychotics or cardiac medication should not use Sceletium. Please consult your medical practitioner.
