Dried Oris Root Powder acts as an expectorant, mild diuretic and anti-inflammatory. It encourages the liver, bowel and lymphatic system to remove toxins more effectively.

Orris root tea
- Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of powder. Infuse for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Drink three times per day
