How to use

Herbal tea (powder): Use ½-1 tsp powder per 250 ml freshly boiled water, infuse 5-10 minutes, then strain through a fine mesh or muslin

Tincture: 1:5 (herb:solvent) in 40-50% alcohol; macerate 2-4 weeks with occasional shaking, then strain and bottle

Skin soak or compress: Prepare tea as above, cool fully, then use as a brief soak or apply with clean cotton; rinse skin afterwards

Infused oil: Combine 1 part powder with 5 parts carrier oil by weight, warm infuse 2-3 hours or macerate 2-4 weeks, then strain for use in balms and body oils
