How to use

Herbal tea (powder): Use ½-1 tsp per 250 ml freshly boiled water; infuse 10-15 minutes in a covered vessel, then strain through very fine mesh or muslin

Tincture: 1:5 (herb:menstruum) in 40-50% alcohol; macerate 2-4 weeks with occasional shaking, then strain and bottle

Steam inhalation: Add 1-2 tsp to a bowl of hot water; lean over at a safe distance, cover head lightly with a towel and inhale gently for a few minutes with eyes closed
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and strong odours; reseal tightly after each use.
