How to use

Herbal tea (powder): Use ½-1 tsp powder per 250 ml freshly boiled water, infuse 5-10 minutes, then strain through fine mesh or muslin

Steam inhalation: Add 1-2 tsp powder to a bowl of hot water, lean over at a safe distance and inhale gently for a few minutes with eyes closed

Tincture: 1:5 (herb:solvent) in 40-50% alcohol; macerate 2-4 weeks with occasional shaking, then strain and bottle

Mouth rinse: Prepare tea as above, allow to cool, swish briefly, then spit out

Infused oil (for balms): Combine 1 part powder with 5 parts carrier oil by weight; warm-infuse 2-3 hours or macerate 2-4 weeks, then strain
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and strong odours; reseal tightly after each use.
