Grains of Paradise Powder (Aframomum melegueta) is a finely milled, warm-aromatic spice made from carefully dried grains of paradise seeds. With a peppery sparkle and hints of cardamom and coriander, it shines in savoury cooking and spirit infusions.

How to use
