Dried Flaxseeds, or Linseeds, promote strong bones, nails, and teeth as well as healthy skin. Useful for colon problems, female disorders and inflammation. Whole or crushed linseeds are taken orally as a bulk-forming laxative to treat chronic constipation and symptoms of irritable colon, spasmodic colitis and diverticulitis.

How to use

The seeds were nice and shiny. There were no broken seeds which was nice.
My substitute whenever I don’t have aloe Vera ..I love it so much easy and quick to make ..I use it as a pre poo and the results are great !it leaves my hair felling soft detangles instantly ..the definition of curls I get after applying the gel !!!I love this so much I’d recommend it so everyone literally..and it can be used on all hair types.
