How to use

Herbal tea (powder): Use ½-1 tsp per 250 ml freshly boiled water; infuse 5-10 minutes in a covered vessel, then strain through very fine mesh or muslin

Tincture: 1:5 (herb:menstruum) in 40-50% alcohol; macerate 2-4 weeks with occasional shaking, then strain and bottle

Closed-eye compress (external only): Prepare tea as above, strain through a sterile filter or multiple layers of boiled muslin, cool fully, then apply to CLOSED eyelids with clean cotton for 5-10 minutes; discard any leftover liquid and make fresh each time
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and strong odours; reseal tightly after each use.
