How to use
- As a Herbal Tea: Use 1/2-1 tsp per 250ml freshly boiled water, cover and infuse 5-10 minutes, then strain through very fine mesh or muslin.
- As a Tincture: Use 1:5 (herb:menstruum) in 40-50% alcohol, macerate 2-4 weeks with occasional shaking, then strain and bottle.
- As a Closed-Eye Compress (External Only): Prepare tea as above, strain through multiple layers of clean, boiled muslin, cool fully, then apply with clean cotton to closed eyelids for 5-10 minutes. Discard leftover liquid and make fresh each time.
- Processing Tip: For the clearest liquid, strain twice, first through fine mesh, then through muslin.
