How to use

Herbal tea (decoction, powder): Use 1-2 tsp per 250 ml water, bring to a boil then simmer 10-20 minutes; strain through fine mesh or muslin

Syrup/cordial: Prepare a strong tea as above, strain very well, then combine with sugar or honey to taste; refrigerate and use promptly

Tincture: 1:5 (fruit:menstruum) in 40-50% alcohol; macerate 2-4 weeks with occasional shaking, then strain and bottle
