How to use

Tea (powdered root decoction): Use ½-1 tsp powder per 250 ml water, bring to a boil then simmer 10-20 minutes, strain through fine mesh or muslin

Tincture: 1:5 (herb:solvent) in 40-50% alcohol; macerate 2-4 weeks, shake occasionally, then strain and bottle

Culinary: Start with a pinch up to ½ tsp in syrups or to flavour spirits; steep, strain very well and adjust to taste

External rinse/compress: Prepare tea as above, allow to cool fully, apply briefly with clean cotton, then rinse skin
