Can I use this in my diffuser with water?

That would depend on the Dfiffuser, but generally - Yes :)

Hydrosols work well in water based diffusers, providing a gentle and calming aroma. But in oil based diffusers like Reed Diffusers or Nebulising Diffusers, prerrably not.
