How to use

Diffuser: Add 3-5 drops to a water-based diffuser (adjust to room size)

Topical (diluted): 1-2% in a carrier oil for adults (≈6-12 drops per 30ml); apply to wrists, neck or shoulders

Steam inhalation: 1 drop in a bowl of hot water; inhale with eyes closed

Room/linen mist: 10-20 drops in 100ml deionised water with a suitable solubiliser; shake before each use (avoid delicate fabrics)
Storage
Store tightly closed in a cool, dark place away from heat and sunlight.
