Benzoin oil, also known as Friars Balsam, has a calming effect that can relieve depression and feelings of sadness. Its sweet, balsamic vanilla-like aroma can be used in steam inhalation as a treatment for bronchitis, colds and similar conditions. It presents more like a syrupy liquid than an oil, but it is easy to dilute and is often used as a fixative in soaps and fragrances.
Sizes: 10ml or 20ml.

Yes, it's thick but it mixes well with butters and it has the most beautiful gentle fragrance. A butter knife works well enough for opening the top and I used the back of a teaspoon to help it out.
Love this product as I used it in home made fragrance. It’s a good alternative to vanilla when you don’t want such an intense sweetness.
I have used Benzoin oil before but another brand. This particular oil is as thick as molasses, and it doesn't blend with other oils at all. It lays at the bottom and tints any mixture milky. I'm disappointed. It's absolutely useless to me now.
