Umuthi Sage essential oil originates in South Africa. Also known as Common Sage, is used externally for inflammations and infections of the mucous membranes of throat and mouth. The herb has been used centuries in folk medicine as a 'cure-all' medication against bronchitis, fever, rheumatism, excessive perspiration and nervous conditions.
