Labdanum (aka Rock Rose) is a dark viscous essential oil with a musky aroma that has been used in perfumery for over 3000 years.

How to use labdanum
- Add 5-6 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe in the vapour
- Dilute 2 drops in a teaspoon of olive oil and rub under your nose, on the chest, or around the neck.
- Blend a few drops with a natural aqueous cream or particular carrier oil for skin applications
- Add a few drops to a little water in one of our oil burners
- Add a few drops to a bowl of steaming hot water
