Umuthi Radish (China Rose) Sprouting Seeds are seeds of Raphanus sativus, selected for growing fresh, crisp sprouts or colourful microgreens at home. China Rose produces attractive pink-toned growth with a characteristically peppery radish flavour and a subtle sweetness, making it an easy way to add fresh flavour, crunch and colour to everyday meals. The seeds are quick to germinate and suitable for both jar sprouting and tray-grown microgreens. Use the harvested sprouts or microgreens in salads, sandwiches, wraps, bowls, sushi and savoury garnishes.

♡ Why we love it: China Rose combines the satisfying bite of radish with striking colour and a relatively quick growing cycle, so it is a particularly rewarding choice for both new and regular home sprouters.

  • Cooks who enjoy fresh, crisp garnishes and salad ingredients
  • This Product Is Not For:

  • Microgreens are generally ready to harvest in approximately 10-14 days, once well developed.
  • Wash hands thoroughly before handling seeds or sprouts.
  • Use clean, regularly sanitised jars, trays and growing equipment.
  • Rinse sprouts thoroughly during growing and again before eating.
