We are open throughout the holiday season but our warehouse will be closed on: December 24th, weekends and public holidays.
Our shop remains open 24/7 during holiday season and our hard-working dispatch team will continue to do their utmost to get your orders delivered to you as soon as possible. Having said that, please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as diminished courier capacity caused by adverse weather conditions or lock down restrictions, for example) may delay deliveries. Please bear this in mind when considering the timing of your orders. Our courier partners will be delivering throughout December but with reduced staff complements from Dec. 24th - Dec. 31st.
Paid orders placed by 12pm Mon. - Fri., excluding holidays, are dispatched the same day.
If paying by EFT, please allow for an extra 2 days for payment processing.

Warehouse collections:
Collections close at 13h00 on 23 December and 27 - 31 December. We are closed on December 24th and over weekends.
