INCI: Centaurea Cyanus Seed

Umuthi Cornflower Mix (Edible Flowers) Seeds produce delicate, fringed blooms in blues, pinks, purples and white with a mild, clove-like flavour. Easy to grow in full sun and well-drained soil, cornflowers flower generously and attract bees and butterflies. Petals are edible and lovely scattered over salads, desserts and bakes, or used to lift teas and cocktails with colour.

♡ Why we love it: A dependable, fuss-light annual that fills borders with long-lasting colour. Edible petals that look beautiful on the plate, and a pollinator favourite for busy summer beds.

Size: 5 grams.
