Umuthi Calendula (Edible Flowers) Seeds produce compact, early-blooming plants with cheerful orange and yellow petals and a light peppery, tangy taste. Flowers are lovely scattered over salads, rice dishes, bakes and herbal teas, and the petals can lightly tint oils, vinegars and syrups. Easy to grow in full sun with well-drained soil, Bon Bon flowers steadily with regular deadheading and brings pollinators into the garden.
