Rose Absolute essential oil's exotic nature has been appreciated since ancient times by the Chinese, Greeks, Indians, Persians and Romans. These days, it is used by Aromatherapists as an exotic aphrodisiac and an emollient in skin care products. Widely used in perfume making.
Rose absolute is a pure essential oil like Rose otto, but it is extracted via a different method called solvent extraction, rather than traditional steam distillation.
