Good Life Wellness Daily Calm is a gentle, raspberry-flavoured powdered magnesium supplement designed to support your body's daily needs. With highly bioavailable magnesium derived from a blend of magnesium carbonate and citric acid (which react in water to form magnesium citrate), this drinkable formula helps replenish magnesium levels while promoting calm, balance and muscular comfort.

Start with ½ teaspoon (approx. 1 g) daily and gradually increase to 4 g (three measured teaspoons), depending on your body's tolerance. Mix with 50 ml of warm water, stir until fizzing stops, then top up with 100-150 ml warm or cold water. Best taken in the evening.
